Iirc she had a scuffle with him where he was dependent on his regeneration to heal the limbs she was blowing off with her attacks and he ultimatly only beat her when she surrendered after he threatened to kill Issei. In regards to actual demonic energy reserves she could have equal or more than Riser we are not given an answer either way.

Mate, mate, mate I don’t think you truly understand what it means to betray Molag Baal as a vampire in TES. All vampire souls go to him when they die no exceptions(unless cured before death) so betraying him and then dying later on literally spells eternal suffering. Her case is not the same as the little girls as they did only had a small connection to Namira, Serana has a full blow bodily connection severing hers isn’t guaranteed to even work.

Iirc the Eldar never defeated the Necrons, the Necrons and C'tan were victorious and then the Silent King turned on the C'tan splitting them all into Shards. He then ordered the entire Necron army into Tomb World Stasis where they were set to wait millions of years for the galaxy to refill with fleshy lifeforms that they could study in an attempt to regain their own fleshy forms. then once all the army was asleep he deactivated his absolute control function and left the galaxy. The Eldar then slowly repopulated with their remnants to become rulers of the Galaxy.
Once the War in Heaven was finished and the Eldar had defeated the Necrons, the C'tan were shattered across the universe by the Necrons, more on that later, who then retreated into their tomb worlds, leaving the Eldar as the most powerful force in the universe. They had forces that could crush anyone who opposed them.
