This training is more of "recruitment" (organisations can look on those geniuses) and "making friends" than anything else. Information how well you can pick people and how well you cooperate could be very crucial for those people. Is like Cs:go or LoL. If you are No 1 in your region, then fine, but noone will want to play with you/recruit you when you are garbage person
