the thing is no other god dragon or relevant character in DxD says anything about OG lucifer but every single one of them admits Sirzechs is in the top 10 of their world. So os It likely OG lucifer was ranked as a Super Devil? Yes. Stronger than Sirzechs? I doubt It.

And ultimately the one who landed the killing blow on him. It's still unknown what exactly happened in the Great War. But the New Satans weren't even born yet. Most of the weaklings died in that war.
