Confusing af.. What memories? The memories related to superheroes? What do you mean by 'he grew up thinking that his world was normal'? Did he reincarnate as a baby? Or the original owner of the body thought the world was normal?
And that is when his rebirth into the marvel world started, he didn't gain his memories right off the bat so he grew up thinking that his world was normal, joined the police force at 18, became S.W.A.T officer at 21 climbed the ranks and became a comander at age 23, led his team to many succes for two years before he submitted a form of retirement, nobody knows why he did that, but after all the great deeds he had done, his form of retirement was accepted, and thats how he became the youngest swat officer to retire from duty at the age of 25. - LonelySago3mthCommented

1992 is a different time.. After 9/11, American immigration got really strict..
Finding the library was easy enough, I just walked up to a cop, asked him, and he took me to the library. Why did I approach a cop without legal documentation, risking my possible stay in the states? Well, if there is something I have learned about not having documents is… to not be suspicious, the more relaxed and calmed you look, the less deportable you look. They are i can see that, being proud is a sign of emotion too. but i think based on dbz canon, saiyans are quite indifferent. Not unfeeling but slightly uncaring. Recall how raditz, nappa and vegeta mingled, how vegeta treated them, how raditz talked to goku when they met and a lot of similar instances. Would you be the same on how you treat your subordinates? So as the human soul and saiyan body merge, the human soul can slightly mitigate the inherent characteristics of the saiyan body. You get what i mean? That's why i praised author-san for the good portrayal of these conflicting things. To sum things up, i basically agree to your statement. And thank you for reading this rant.😅😂
