Can you please read my original comment? It really seems like you did not read my comments fully and are only stopping after reading part of it. I DID acknowledge that I understand her not wanting to tell her secret. I just was saying to hint that there IS a reason. Even if it is as simple as the grandfather saying that sometimes bad actions are needed for some situations. If you really don't like her or her grandfather saying ANYTHING (even though I think just telling him a reason exists should be fine), then ANYONE could just explain to him that things are not always black and white. That the sister is a very caring person and that any actions she takes are likely done to help people. This would be less effective than giving him slightly more info, but sometimes people just need a wake-up call, especially when they are lacking information to wake themselves up. I am going to stop here since I don't think we are getting anywhere.
To be fair, as far as he knows his sister killed a teacher for no reason. I fully understand Rowan bit telling him why though. I wish she could just do something to show him that she is trying to do good. Even if it is as simple as getting the grandfather to talk to him and explain how bad actions can sometimes be needed when facing horrible opponents, etc.
Fairly interesting hp fanfic. It is not the typical hp fanfic that goes into great detail about the normal story. The protag is actually a genius and is not hp. He is a few years older than hp and from an orphanage. He got access to books about magic a bit early and got far ahead of the kids. He learned that magic is based on the density inside oneself. For some people it is like a gas, some it is a liquid, some it is a solid, and mc ends up making it like a crystal. This is a very interesting concept MC does some ritual using a dragon he killed during the Triwizard tournament to become stronger. He ended up being great at charms, even becoming a teacher. He could defeat voldermort, but decided to instead let harry take on that role. he ended up showing Doubledore as too focused on the greater good, and removed the Horcrux from hp. The author at one time was writing this story very fast, resulting in the book being fairly late in the series. The story does have a lot of problems, but the concepts behind the story were very interesting. As someone who enjoys learning new things, having a protag that focused on his studies was very fun for me. I would rate it a 3.5 (where 2.5 is average)
This is one of the best Naturo fanfic I have read. Sadly it ended so early. Protag becomes sakura and she has a system that makes her smarter. She does a great job. In the end, Sakura was starting to get fairly op (sakura seemed to have the ability to call upon gods when she used summoning jutsu). It was a lot of fun though. I rate it 4.5 stars (where 2.5 is average)
Note Spoilers, my review is so long that using the spoiler tag cuts off the end of my review... This story is pretty average for a fanfic. The author falls into many writing traps for early fanfic writers. They do have some interesting ideas in the story which if fleshed out have a lot of potential. The mc is a guy name Saito who had a son who was a naruto fan. He though did not know much about naruto (and we will learn he knows basically NOTHING). He got to choose to enter the naturo world and did so in memory of his son. The fact that he has memories from his past life is nearly never brought up. He mainly is able to use some basic concepts from the real world about how muscles work (which we find out is already known about in this world, so he could have just as easily read a book on it). Based on how little this is used, he could have easily just had no memories of the past life and just woken up one day with the system. This would have created more mystery (not saying this is a better option, just an option if the past option is not going to be used often. As for the system in this fanfic, it is based on the idea that he gains points based on how much his actions alter the story. This is a very interesting idea due to the fact that he does not know what the original story was like. He starts out with 1 ability to make him better at being a healing ninja, but otherwise does not have any other powers. This power DOES get stronger the more points he gets, but otherwise, the points are not that helpful. The main use for the points I think is if he dies he can then start his next life with more perks. By the time I dropped the story (chapter 31) this has not occurred yet and frankly, this is a VERY limiting method to have the character use his points. It was fairly interesting that he did not join team 7 and instead was on his own team with Akira (rich childhood friend) and akane (female rando). The biggest issue I have with this story has to be he grows WAY too fast. Like he was basically Jōnin level when taking the Chūnin exams. Afterward, he goes right into being an Anbu. The story is only 71 chapters long, so I checked to see where the story leaves off at. I am shocked to see that it seems the story was not really dropped, but rather finished. The story seems to pick up the pace DRASTICALLY at some point after I dropped it (it was already at a very fast pace. Overall I rate it a 2.5 (average for me is 2.5)
