Yes and no, the Emotional Spectrum is subjective and tied to a particular school of thought. The Force is allows for someone who is gifted to wield it's power regardless of emotional understanding. Although the emotional spectrum has many pros it also has many limitations as well. The same applies to the Force but the is more akin to cultivation law than just emotional spectrum. There is also no proof that the Force isn't multiversal.

that's never going to happen Waller doesn't control Lex Corp and works with him so there is definitely plenty of options. It makes no sense to ceede control over to Waller especially when he knows he can't trust her.

So why would he leave the rest behind for others to take especially if it doesn't work out he couldn't legitimately put them down without Emma's consent which she would never give.
Can't have friends if you aren't a real person and considering that he is a manipulator he definitely has trust issues. The concept of friendship is foreign, he can act like a friend but essentially he is hollow inside. On a personal level he only cares about himself.
