How about smiling everyday and stop complaining and thinking negative thought for a day. Maybe that can help hehehe. Tried that once and I saw how everyone differently treated me in a different view.
A piece of advice for everyone especially those experiencing depression. Changing how you think in life can save you. Instead of thinking, I am doing bad in school, I can't do things they can do and more. Start thinking, I may be bad at this but at least I am good at this. They may excel in this sport, But I can beat them in this area and more. Don't compare your self to others, everyone were created with uniqueness. yes, that is what i thought too hehehe. At first, i thought that it is about your deep hatred or love to someone but when kakashi obtained his in the game, i changed my perspective about Susanoo hehehe
