Hmmm, well I don't think I tried to mislead, the description just doesn't refer to the very beginning of the novel. I think the true story will begin at the end of volume 1, when the course of the story will be come extremely clear. The synopsis just refers to the story from that point onwards, as I consider volume 1 to be a world building a character building section. If you had an idea for a better synopsis though, I would really appreciate it.

Heya, thanks for taking the time to read. Yeah, I also like longer chapters, but they are a pain to write and edit on a nearly daily basis. Besides I've discovered that most chapters can complete a segment at around 2,000 words. Still I focus more on the idea the chapter is trying to get across, whether that be at 2,000 or 6,000 words.
