Obviously eating weak monsters and getting op abilities are stupid. But there are some good ones who don’t do that. I do enjoy when they get weak abilities and use them in different ways that make them op
I don’t mind characters who have abilities that allow them to gain the abilities of those they eat or defeat. Mainly for the fact they still have to fight and win. Copy abilities don’t need the fighting and this feels like they haven’t earned the abilities they take

I believe they used to have sticks with hooks that they would use to push away the ladders. But they would only work if the ladders were pretty much empty. Then I believe they began making ladders that had hooks on the end so they would hook over the wall and you would need to lift them up and then away which was almost impossible with people holding them
