according to what you said though he could train up Kaguya lvls and the difficulty would still be S, this would imply that no matter how much (or how little ) he trains it would make no difference because Madara would still be S rank.

You realise he is actually a wizard and is not totally dependent on the POD? By that I mean that from his available skillset the POD is least likely to provide flight .

Why is it alright for her to slap him? If he turns around and slaps her next time she does something stupid its suddenly abuse? Double standards much? I'm all for equality myself either everyone can slap or nobody can slap.

As I was reading this it occurred to me that the Ancient one is a Master martial artist in her own right and could probably have included it with his mystic arts training.
After their tense first meeting, Peter and Natasha agreed on a set schedule for Peter's training. He also gave her a list of his powers alongside a small demonstration. Of course, he left out his powers in the mystic arts. That's his trump card after all. - Damoscinos5mthCommented

This whole "thing" has utterly ruined the story for me, I'm dropping this story with regret. As a word of advice, when I read a story the actions of the characters need to be believable. What person in their right mind would be happy someone tried to trick them into self mutilation? Not to mention the damage to the reputation of house Mormont for doing this to a lord? Or the fact that if the whole ridiculous idea goes south it's actually enough cause for him to attack house Mormont (probably? I'm a little shaky on that but hey it's got cities have been wiped out for less). so this whole thing just isn't believable or in character in my opinion. Just frustrating was going so well up to here.

yeah this whole finger thing was dumb, if he did it and she forbid the marriage she has made a powerful enemy, if he refuses and she forbid the marriage again powerful enemy. Even with how it has turned out any reasonable person would carry some resentment for potentially being manipulated into losing a finger. All things considered it's at best politically suicidal (imagine what it would do to their reputation when word gets out6 of how they "test" their marriage potentials) at worst it could have started a feud between their houses and bear island is a very small house.
