You might want to Google IRA. Though the pursuit of freedom is a noble cause, a lot of people would still, understandably, label the Irish Republican army as a terrorist organisation.

A story with characters that actually grow and change during the course of the story. Not just growing more powerful or fixing their flaws. The characters have their insecurities and challenges which makes them more human and more relatable. It may not always be number 1 in the charts but I have yet to find a story that I love as much as or more than this one.
