i mean, at least for me it is because he is fourteen and every three lines there is something about him smoking. At least this chapter, I didnt continue reading because I got tired of reading about how much he smokes. No hate tho, just didnt think this fic was for me.

(i think what im saying is right, not 100% sure tho)That shinso guy, the one with purple hair, he was the one responsible for midoriya reconecting with the previous users of one for all. During the duels in the original, he hypnotized midoriya, which made the quirk itself wake the previous users to help midoriya escape the hypnosis. So if shinso didnt use his powers on izuku this time, the other all for one users arent awake, so no more extra powers like floating, black whip, danger sense etc.
