Honestly I don't see why people are so upset with stories where the MC chooses to become a Devil. If you are put in a world where you are in a very disadvantaged position in terms of improving yourself and you have a pretty readily available option to get an easier way to grow powerful with an added bonus of longer lifespan, most people would go for that option. It is even better considering that you have Rias who is desperate and willing to add potential members and treats her peerage very well.
Just trying to figure out reinforcement made me consider joining the Devils just for the ease of magic. This was very vexing. - qwasipoke2mthCommented
I think it really depends on what type of fighter he is going to be. If we really consider the MHA world (from what i know at least) the pinnacle like All Might was able to send a blast of air from a punch that dispersed clouds and that is what he was able to do when he was nowhere near his peak. So if you want the MC to be a more physical attacker then it would be reasonable to make him stronger then his current level, but if he is going more towards energy attacks (kinda mage build i guess) then this seems reasonable at his current level, at least to me.
(A/N: I think that's a good way to scale him? If not, tell me what you think I can change. Reminder: This is only the MHA world so don't expect him to be on the levels of dragon ball characters or something like that) - qwasipoke2mthPosted
If you are looking for a protagonist that goes from weak to strong or who is very crafty like Leylin is in the original novel, this likely isn't for you, but if you enjoy a rapid strength gaining, OP MC who completely crushes the original MC in strength then I believe you can enjoy this novel.

I'm pretty sure it was not mentioned, but I hope he obliviated her about him creating the ultra luck potion Fortuna. I mean I know he didn't tell her exactly about Fortuna, but it still seems risky to just leave it possible for people to find out he has permanent felix felices.
She no longer had that protection but she also was no longer so enticing. Ultimately she was no longer worth the effort of doing any thing. So she should rejoice that she broke my black little heart in such a way. I was honestly not sure if anyone could make me do such a thing. I don't really understand why the mc thinks they should do this prank or why they are going through with it since its Rabastan and his friends who they should be going after. I am hoping that mc does not end up being a bully as is sometimes how the original James Potter is perceived by some people.

I honestly really like the writing and I am a big fan of Harry Potter fanfics that try to do something in other time periods then when Harry was at Hogwarts. I will say that I find it irritating that even though this is an SI, who I know hasn't read all the HP books, the mc is basically James Potter with little changes. I'm not saying its not understandable as I get that since you chose to not make a new character and instead put the mc in James Potter that some stuff would be similar. I just wish there were more differences as he is supposedly a genius but basically prefers goofing off and not trying to improve himself even though he knows that Voldemort is probably going to kill him. I get that he yearns for this type of simple, happy life because of his original family, but you would think he would be trying a bit more to make sure he can protect his new friends and family by learning and improving himself which is why his character is a bit off-putting to me. I hope the mc changes or starts thinking more clearly because I honestly think the writing is very good and appreciate the update rate which shows a lot of dedication.

Yeah, to just decrease the troops directly to 30% of what it was is a bit too much. I think the nerf was not exactly necessary but I can understand it since its really author's discretion but this seems a bit excessive. Making him be able to retain 50-60% feels a little more reasonable even if we are going by the logic of more powerful troops costing him more to keep.

As always, loved your writing, but I am not the biggest fan of Blaise and Tracy. I mean I get that they are both young and make not very sensible decisions and are not fully matured, but they are really bratty and jealous a lot which I personally don't like. I really hope that they mature and are not so jealous all the time of Harry. Anyway, thanks for the chapter and continuing to make it available here on Webnovel!
