You could've squeezed details for every chapters. It feels generic, and its like walking-through a series of situations to be undertaken. Its more like a story of two detective's with their hunches.

Ive read up to the 3rd chapter, and I was expecting a detailed writing, since it is a Horror/Thriller Novel. And I think the chapters should be squeezed as much as 2000 words the least, for the genre. The chapter conveys details they uncovered but doesn't let the readers hold the weight of that information. Anyways, kudos and hope to find an improved writing :)
