Honestly, this is exactly how I'd imagine magpies would talk and act. I had one as a pet for about a year (rehoming it in a new area for various reasons), and she was demanding, loud, and sometimes very annoying. but she was also adorable a lot of the time.

in my personal opinion, I think I like it when RinoZ releases 15 chapters every 14 days or so. It's long enough that I don't think too much about when the next one is coming out, and 15 chapters is a decent amount to smash out and feel like you got a really good treat.

Hmm, yet too many are acting on only external motivations. Can Nephis say she is acting on her own wishes? what will she do if she gets revenge? her entire life, she has sought vengeance. What will she do once she has that?

In my opinion, the SCP Foundation universe's weakest narrative hook was its justification for why we interact with Skips. With your story, you've created a very compelling reason for people to interact with spectres. I'm constantly looking forward to reading the next chapters. Well done.
