For the story how about making it so that taki never had the 7 tails and instead iwa had both 5 and 7 tails not 4 and 5 tails as they did in canon. The 4 tails is also on konoha along with the 9 tails. I say this due to the 4 tails being based on the legend of Sun Wokong
