Okay so when I previously read book 1,in chapter 1270 instead of the name "circle of inevitability" I had "ring of comeuppance", that's why I didn't knew that's it an outer deity, comeuppance is like karma I think, you have done one thing so you are fated to bear it's corresponding karma, Ig that's how it's sharing fate domain with the Klein. +reached chapter 1400 in book, will complete it soon
