What can I say? At this point light novels are the only type of literature I read, other than fanfiction of course.

No difference. The suit provides someone with set strength and abilities, it doesn’t enhance them, so it doesn’t matter who steps in. Not to mention the level of abilities already surpass that of a super soldier.
That doesn’t matter to them, they haven’t learned anything yet, they’re new. If someone shoots a fireball in front of me, and I can’t, why would i care how long it took him to learn.
That seems like something a god-king of a pantheon with a domain of water should be able to do. Especially considering Asgardians don’t serm to need to breathe at all. I wouldn’t expect other gods to need to at all. They can survive in the vacuum of space.
Does not seem like he needs the whole clan’s eyes
Literally me, but I’m thinking it was translation quality
If you want an explanation as to why i read the joke as homophobic feel free to read my reply to shikdi_1. My original comment was a reaction to text which is what these comments are for. I didn’t attack anyone. My comment wasn’t in anyway personal to anyone, yet both this reply and your original one have been. Completely ignoring arguing for the humor of the text to personally attack me. You said you laughed at the joke, claim it isn’t homophobic, but also can’t explain why you laughed. What context made it funny to you if none of the subtext is rooted in what i wrote out? You’re acting as if i had a disproportionate reaction to the “joke” when you’ve had a disproportionate reaction to my comments. The joke was a sentence, I commented a sentence outlining my immediate reaction. You reply with a paragraph attacking me for my one sentence thought, i reply with a couple paragraphs and you reply with a full wall personally attacking me. You’ve felt and written more strongly about my comments than I felt about the initial “joke.” You’re fighting a strawman, I’m not reacting like the character said something “heinous” you’re responding like I am. I’m allowed to think a joke is shitty and allowed to communicate that and why just like you’re allowed to disagree. You don’t actually care about whether or not the joke is homophobic or not given your avoidance of actually addressing it. Given the subtext of your attack of me, you’re simply projecting problems you have with PC culture on to me.
There’s a sentient superhive mind bacteria or virus that causes aversion to mutants in the Marvel world. It’s goal is eventual world domination and subordination of humans, but mutants, those with the x-gene, are immune. The virus manipulates people against mutants because they’re a threat and they don’t want all humans acquiring the x-gene. That’s why people largely celebrate other powered people in the universe but are against mutants. I can’t remember it’s name though. But that’s the in universe explanation and final boss.
Acting like gay men haven’t been the group stigmatized and discriminated against for HIV and AIDS both historically and even today is an exercise in being purposeful obtuse. Not to mention the fact that in developed countries the demographic most impacted are men who have sex withe men. This is well known, pretending otherwise to defend this, just shows who you are. Actually defending the joke with an analysis of the layers and commentary (if it had any) and why its supposed to be humorous would be respectable. Even an argument about why the statement makes sense in context, even if it isn’t a joke would be worthy of respect. Thinking this comment was some kind of gotcha is definitely not.
It actually can’t. AIDS is late stage HIV. Other than semen, vaginal, and rectal fluids, HIV can only be transmitted through blood and breast milk. Anyone can get HIV, but it still disproportionately affects men who have sex with other men due to how it transmits, especially in developed countries. Acting like gay men haven’t been the group stigmatized and discriminated against for HIV and AIDS both historically and even today is an exercise in being purposeful obtuse. The sentence is homophobic because of its ignorance. You don’t just get AIDS, theres a stage before it. Nothing he said he did would put him at risk for it so it was a random addition. For an MC whose clearly obsessed with sex jokes it seems natural to read the random insertion to be a joke that his unsterile procedure was safer than gay sex. A joke in poor taste. I love dark humor, even bigoted humor. But for jokes like that to hit, they have to be constructed well and exceptionally contextualized. None of the sex jokes in this WN are really funny, but this throw away is pretty much the worst one. It’s low-hanging fruit and the punchline is literally “at least I’m safe from AIDS.”
You’re already forgetting your own plot points. He earned the 3 tomoe with his first lucky simulation, but you suppressed it saying it would unlock levels as his body was ready, or he could do it whenever he wanted. This is a pretty big mistake, especially so early on.
