I understand and do appreciate his concern for Zhen-Zhen. Asking her to not do that again isn't cool. Maybe she should possibly go into deep concentration when he's not around but it's not like there's something wrong with her. Deep mediation can help to deal with stress and/or pain. Plus if one goes to visit a licensed doctor or similar practitioner and with their assistance everything should hopefully or eventually will be good.

That reaction is pretty much what happens following one's very first kiss. If it is a pleasant experience. Though when kissing someone new for the first time can have a similar reaction. Especially when it's a pleasant encounter. Some rushed and/or passionate kissing can have similar effect depending on the situation and persons involved.
