this is a very poor form of writing. I can understand trying to get the story to move forward while at the same time showing small snippets of the Princess reaction. its a half baked idea with poor execution. the entire princess reaction stuff could've been executed in one decent length chapter. but by breaking her reaction into many different parts it stops immersion and continuity, moreover it feels dragged out.

pulling out the arrow is a dumb move. you lose more blood that way
I blitzed down the sandy floor dodging arrows as if I were in ultra-instinct mode. I ran towards another Triarchy soldier and sliced him through the stomach before punching his jaw off of his face and leaving him to die. this guy is soo fudging inconsistent with his memories. he knows ophis but suddenly doesn't know great red. at times he knows details of the plot but then at other times he's so bloody ignorant of things he is supposed to know.
