What's the rush? i like to slowly explore. Well... in his past life he used to be weak and barely scraped by. Now based on his achievement, he know full well he is leagues in front of everyone... But everyone would lose their head given the circumstances. And he wanted to reset the whole mood of the whole floor so it the bad guys were kept in check and more people gain power instead of being killed or dominated. I want to show the journey of him slowly getting used to power. While he is reborn, he is not used to leading or being in power yet.

And after 20++ years you tend to take thing for granted and forgot a lot of things.
