and i see how deep the rabbit hole goes and realize this is even stupider than i realized.... so the essence of it is that they are looked on with suspicion so instead of fostering loyalty and building relationships they treat the young wizards like conscrispts and threaten them at every turn... instead of using oaths that make everything much more secure they use memory magic which is known to be dangerous unstable and often filled with side effects. not only that they hold the family of the muggle and squib borns hostage... they also threaten to deprive them of magic every step of the way and justify it all with for the greater good... why should a single one of them want this germany to thrive? why should any of them feel an ounce of belonging and loyalty towards this authoritarian axe that looms over them? the sheep will lap it up but the talented ones who dont have familial bonds in places of power will want an out asap... its all threats and pain... why wouldnt they take the first chance they get and run... by your own claim the education is inferior the heritage is broken and the kids are effectively enslaved via memory wipes... if they lived weeks under false pretense by forgetting the passing kids... what else have they been made to forget... will they be made to froget their families and not know it.... will they be made to kill and forget it... this is literally slavery....

im sorry i dont know how old you are where youre from or how youve been brought up... but in my experiance... this is how you create war dogs and terrorists... this is how you get people who are willing to die to destroy the system. living your entire life under threat only to be told you were lied to and manipulated for your own good wont make you greatful and loyal it will make you angry and resentful.

stupefy is a mind charm thats resistable... its deliberately built to be as useful or useless as rowling wanted.
This also meant that he had nearly enough point to exchange for a spell and Sebatian settled for the Stunning Charm 'Stupefy. It wasn't supposed to be easy but also not the hardest combat charm to master, as Harry was able to learn it with relative ease, though it sometimes failed in dire situations.
