Pretty much. Magitech Cores are condensed pieces of Mana that form over thousands of years in locations high in natural Mana. The strength from his spell, multiplied by 5x [because of his Dragoon form] formed a massive vein of Midgrade Magitech Cores by fusing with the natural mana of the mines. Nobody knows this, though. They figured it was an untouched vein that nobody found before. Magitech Cores power everything. Massive Walking Weapons of War, Lights. It's basically the electricity of this world

Yep. I need to go back and add that. I only just now realized it myself after rereading my previous chapters. I'll be adding that soon. But basically what happened was, after learning to harness her mana, she grew into her age. She was 17 already but with the appearance of a 10 year old. Their appearance is based on their strength, not their age. So there could be a 30 year old Wolfborn that looks 15. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for pointing that out.
