Why not literally use the Killua clone as a more evil personality and the original more good. They are both morally grey but each can develope a more separate personality but remain a whole. Like two sides to the same coin. It can also be a way to develop two separate smaller harems so readers are happy there favourite girl is part of his harem, but also making a little more sense. Could add some interesting developments like MC accidentally splitting his soul and personality. It doesn't mean the original is all good or the clone all bad. just have more evil or good inclined personalities and choices. Could also split his chakra affinities and maybe add a fusion to become whole when needed. just some food for thought.
1. Do you want the MC to go further Villian path or another where he doesn't hurt innocents and will only hurt them if it's the last option? I am willing to compromise, so the more viewers I get more I improve my writing from their feedback, so I am willing to change my MC personality a little bit. I won't be able to make drastic changes, but I can 'add' something to make him change his views. MC doesn't have a cliche dark past or anything. He is genuinely a bad person.
