But the process is not so simple if the recipes were the restaurant grade. If im not mistaken it need a week of colling or 1 to 2 days in refrigerator after half fried cook or steamed. Then deep fried fully after that. Interm of cost-efective in mediaval age, it better chips than đ«đ· fried. The key is time when coolling the potato. And refrigerator cannot be replace with magic alone because its constan cooling ofcourse if there is like frezing magic stone that emit colling aura than i cant argue with that but still time is key.
