lucky! Since his cells still replicate and don't die he should be some sort of huge ball of cancer.
It wasn't just something like 'compressed muscles' that people talked about. His body cells which were exposed to a miraculous state where they didn't age but kept being active, were mutating due to the long period of training. My point is even if I add in your fetish, it's unlikely to be satisfying since I lack interest in it. I've found the only way to get the stories you want is to make them yourself. So yes, there may be a fat character in the future. But it will be written in a way I think is interesting. Which is unlikely to be the way someone who has a fat fetish would write it. Basically, I'm trying to lower your expectations.
