Now granted my Skyrim knowledge is limited to the game alone and not any of that weird deep lore you find on the internet; but somehow I don't think crouching will let me fool a domain-type enemy with seeming omniscience in said domain, regardless of my skill level. Worse still I can't even test it because I don't know if the monsters will scale with my level like in Skyrim, so until I find that out fudging my build is the same as committing suicide.- Mercur2121mthCommented
Mainly if you play as full mage but as supporting is great need a meat shield or weapon (that doesn't break since he isn't in game) conjuration, crowd control or stealth ilusion, better defence alteration

The main two things to increase my power beyond what I could gain from just heading into the dungeon would be rituals and the weapon that Hephaestus said she would make for me. Since I learned that my inventory could store a group of items that were already set up, that made rituals a much easier prospect since I could set them up here and just deploy and use them when needed in the dungeon. I had already thought about what weapon to ask for, and I wanted a sword. I could have gone the full wizard route and gotten a staff that I could use to focus my power better, but I wanted to keep my options open. Plus, I was planning to carve plenty of arcane sigils and runes on the blade to amplify my psychic power. - Mercur2124mthCommented

Bit too rash I mean weapon from freakin goddess of smithing and he knows what kind of weapon would suit him best yet he didn't try any spears, halberts, maces, axes or think of variants like blade staf. I know he has whole psyker experience but still that one time offer is bit wasted.
