'Piracy' was not something tangible. 'Piracy' is a team of pirates that grow stronger under the leadership of their captain. And in turn the captain remains in legends thanks to their crew.

If he had been a Serial Killer four years ago, he would likely be at least a Sequence 6 by now. There's a strong chance he's a Sequence 5… Yes, he's concealed his identity very effectively. Could it be part of the sequence that is Earth Mother? I know The Moon is also part of that seq but I don't think demons or devils are part of that right?
