However, reflecting upon the success of the Soldier Series in the home galaxy, it was decided that the project should be commercialized while also retaining clan exclusive models with increased design spirits. Inspired by human infantrymen of old Earth combined with a need for shielding, the Steadfast Soldier is equiped with arm mounted energy shield and a custom luminar rifle with detachable bayonet. Caple of acting as mobile fortfied gun formation or a stationary light fortress. Capable of closing the gap in vast battlefields of land and space when shields linked are linked together and charging the enemy at closer ranges. Each formation induces a different design Spirit to assist in battle. While stationary or defending the Solemn Guardian holds the line or soldiers together while also maintaining morale. When advancing and charging Bravo and Zeigra are induced to inspire the soldiers and Zeigra to strike fear into the enemies. In clan exclusive models, Xilanxo and Lucky are integrated to assist in the utilization of the special ability "Phalanx Energy Shield Link", creating a unified shield and creating an environment to able to work together efficiently, respectively. The Steadfast Soldier can be utilized on both land and space to create fortfied positions, advancing parties and applied to close combat applications in an initial clash. A great option for a general purpose medium mech which can be wielded by even low ranking mech pilots due to its simple function, characterized by 3 main roles stationary rifleman, shielded fortification and infantry bayonet charge. Each with specialized supporting design spirits. Should the third class market be interested, the energy shield can be replaced with a standard third class alloy shield. Couldn't the mech ride something like a "horse" or a small ship instead of relying on its own power, or even single use boosters?
