what are you talking about an armour upgrade in certain situations is greater than a whole new unit spawner. take something like cataphracts already heavy cavalry then you add a whole tier higher armour the cataphracts would be nigh invulnerable for a long time. the price of that token could have easily got to 50 to 60 thousand at least
