The book was developing well in the beginning because she realized her scumbag husband didn’t give a fuck about her. It’s really annoying to see how she keeps sleeping with him despite wanting to divorce him. He’s also irritating because he wants BOTH women: one he loves and one he feels obligated to. He’s the one who wanted the divorce but changed his mind because he doesn’t want other men looking at her and cause he wants to keep sleeping with her...how do you love someone but your love language is dumping money on them? Both of them are getting trashy to read.
