That’s the same as being above judgement. Brontes conclusion is, if you did something just by being able to do it gives it justification. Might makes right. Because they left means they have justification to leave. That retroactively justifies them doing whatever they want. MCU Scarlet witch is justified in enslaving that one town because she had the power to do so. You can only be unjustified if someone can stop you. It’s the antithesis to the entire ethical debate. Everyone is discussing do the avengers have an ethical or moral obligation to stay on earth or is it a moral/ethical obligation to head to the fight off world. The kid answers with “well they did it so it doesn’t matter” that’s bottom of the barrel thinking for essentially a philosophical debate. It’s like listening to a debate of should you hunt for your meat or raise cattle, and someone shouts just DoorDash. You just missed the point of the entire debate.
