Kinda missed your reply but here's at least my 2 cents : Sugar from Doflamingo's crew can permanently turn a living being in a toy and erase its entire existence from people's minds with but a touch. While also keeping her a kid despite being over 30 iirc, so probably a form of immortality. Being able to de-age people doesn't seem that broken in comparison, as they'll just continue growing old until another "fix". As for the eventual pairing, you do you it's your story at the end of the day :p
