isn't that a drag to realize that without 'evil' there cannot be 'good'. lol. or without 'justice' there is no such thing as 'injustice'. Poor Vahn is coming to a point where he will have to do something about both polarities. Because he knows deep down he can't just simply remove 'evil' without consequences to the realities he exists in. What a weird thing to worry about when you're a god like being. You'd think that with greater powers comes greater freedom...no. not really. You'd just wind up dealing with a higher scale of problems. I suspect highly the ONLY way to solve this 'problem' would be for him to rise so far above the scales of 'evil' vs 'good' , 'order' vs 'chaos', 'justice' vs 'injustice' that he becomes the One Above All. After all, someone/something 'made' the 'rules'. If he literally becomes the 'rule' maker...then there will be a way out for him. Time will tell where Vahn goes on his spiritual progress...
Though he could always seize and reassign the Origins of the current 666 Beast members, it wouldn't solve the underlying issue. Unless he created evil or malicious entities willing to commit all manner of atrocities, Vahn's takeover of Communities such as the 666 Beasts would invariably disrupt the balance of Creation. He couldn't simply erase evil from existence, so unless he intended to wipe out both the 666 Beasts and Truth itself, there was very little reason to concern himself with their machinations. Vahn has learned to avoid the trap of being ALL KNOWING and ALL SEEING and ALL of that above = boring boring boring boring...*cue* Saitama's sad so- "Saitama, stop playing that song!" OP man: "Why can't I keep playing it, it captures the essence of being lonely at the top! Especially if you're bald!!" Me: ".......good point." - ng. So unlike a certain God Emperor of Dune, Vahn's able to atleast live a less boring and more interesting life. :)

thanks for the update! and as for poor Jin, unlike some MC, he didn't cherish what he was given. In other stories, the MC meets the OP Old Man who gives the MC a 'chance' to reach the Apex...they grab it like a fatty on fried rice. And are grateful and willing to work hard to get more fried rice. Here, Jin...? uh. he grabs it, but doesn't seem to try to work hard on getting more fried rice or is never filled up with the rice and comes to resent the giver. Instead of realizing he was given the grace of time to grow and earn more fried rice.. Hopefully he finds the happiness in another life and more fried rice. :)
