I got inspired from reading classic western fantasy novels (LotR, asoiaf, The Chronicles of Amber, The Farseer Trilogy, Neil Gaiman, Brandon Sanderson…)，and from some of my master program classes (about state, society building & development…), and from of course ample documents of ancient Chinese history. Some of the chapters are banned due to strict censorship on internet writing in China. As for the translation dropped, the Qidian management has been reorganized 3 months ago and I guess they adjust their commercial strategies. Apparently my novel (translation for oversea selling) is not profitable enough to be in their future plan (And I also heard rumors about their budget cut in oversea business).

Thx for your high evaluation to KB, your approval motivates me as every other readers'. Yet I know this novel is still flawful and far from perfect and I will keep on writing and improving. Hope one day it'll be back to your sight in English. Best wishes!
