you have real gift for writing i love the concept and that the morally grey charchter that's ok with killing villains is the main character and not a side character that everybody respects but wants educate. i mean i like the some stories where characters are redeemed and they become allies but only if the character is not irredeemable like i like naruto but he just went and forgave pain despite jiraya but at least he redeemed himself by reviving konoha but some characters in other stories are just pure evil and they constantly get redemption arcs. also a side note I'm an author though i tried to write a webnovel into existance but I gave it up because I'm more novel like in my writings but i would really like to chat with you i have a lot of ideas i haven't used or can't use and i would like to give it to someone who might actually write them well

also if you go with the two classes and a perk you can make it so that instead of getting a different power with the second class that is weaker than the first the two classes merge so you get a total of 15 powers five who chose the same class twice and the other ten are each a fusion of two classes you can make it that the fusion is more on the side of the first class like somone who chooses chakra and then haki uses it in a bit of a different way from someone who chooses haki and then chakra they both use the same energy type which is fusion of haki and chakra but with different techniques. and the perk can cause just a little more diversity so that no two characters are the same but still are managable

limit the techniques for each class so a third class ninja can't use the full power or all the gates of the seven gayea or a third class nen user can only open a limited amount of power. or you can also make it two classes that are all compatible so that you have 25 combinations so people can also use two of the same class to completely focus on one path and make the third a downgraded perk like if someone chooses the perk of sharingans illusion immunity it can only make them immune to illusions of a certain level like if the rank of the illusion is equal to their level and even slightly higher makes it a resistance instead of immunity or if they choose a perk like an uzumakis energy regeneration they get a downgraded version. also remember that there are tons of powers in the mcu that give powers so either make it impossible for them to use those paths to give themselves power or make it that they need to give up all the power they gain from the system to gain a power that is from mcu and after that their only cheat is the shop that they can only buy limited items from for research and after they give up the power directly granted by the system they can only use the shop items as refrence except items like swords and such that don't directly give them power. which might make it more complicated but also more simple because it will be like having a second of certain villains and heroes with different goals. contact me if you need help bouncing ideas i have a lot of ideas i won't be using or ideas I'm ok with sharing i have a book in webnovel for other writers to contact me.

instead of jumping to a different person in each chapter level them up until level five or their first evolution or level cap before changing the perspective it builds anticipation makes the story easier to follow and also makes you less likely to forget certain things ofcourse if that is difficult you can continue this because they will apparently eventually meet each other

instead using each chapter for one person level up one of them till like their first evolution or their first level cap or level 5 then go to the next so it won't be as confusing
