its good really, but ypu didnt mention how he practice his chakra control or his percentage in his chakra control in his status panel, i think you should put it on his status panel and remember from the past chapter his chakra is on mid jonin level and after absorbing a little chakra from two tail his chakra level gone up to mid kage, i think in narutoverse when you suddenly gain massive chakra your overall control when weaken a lot or a bit and you should practice chakra control. anyway keep up the good work, really enjoying reading it.

yes it doesnt increase his mana regeneration but his mana pool will get bigger and he could use his skill more. also he could just meditate plus the skill meditation level up right so it should make regen a little faster, if not what the use of that skill leveling up if it didnt change a single thing right.
