I'm a little confused here. It said in cedric's POV that their 1st met is when she found him drunk on the road. And then it said in Ell's POV she took care of him, but she disappointed that he disappeared and didn't come to her bday. And then in cedric's POV after their 1st met he didn't find her until he saw her in Jacob's instagram photos. And he move to the same school. And in this chapter, it said that their 1st encounter was when she almost hit by the ball. I don't know which one is the right one. So...I think the plot is too confusing, it's better if the author not always put another new of their past without any explanation when did it happen.
