You seem forget somethink. There is ghoulswith vampire too, they don't only collect blood but flesh too. Do you remember the black market? No blood can be find, but man part body with 100% blood drained can be find. I put my guess that the blood bank of vampires is the human black market.

I really don't understand how, free stat points works. In halflin, he earned 1 point. Vampire, he earned 2 points, until lvl19 where he earned 1 point??? And now that he is a noble vampire, I supposed he would earn 2 or 3 points each level but now I see 1. I really don't understand :/
