if I remembered it right in the first chpter he waited in the car while his assistant/layer asked for Irene to sign the divorce agreement stipulaying that Irene would get nothing in their marraige. Why the now its different as if he does not know who let Irene sign the doc. I guess the writer forgot the plot

i love it so far. I am going to finish this novel.

the synopsis seems good but after reading your thoughts, I am now hesitating.. I don't like hidden identities for so long.. it drags the story.. I hate fake humility as well..
