The naruto world itself has reanimation plus sealing justsus that can lead opponents to endleas loops Plus suigestsu if placed in One piece would be a natural fruit person was sealed by orochimaru, Therefore before You guys argue about how one piece characters are stronger than naruto ones, Please think about it. A world where chakra is used to tread on water is itself a powrtful point in naruto then would it Not be possible to attack natural fruit people.
