imo this could go many different ways if she turns out to be his sister either he could have another panic attack with just gaining the knowledge that his sister has been very much alive and playing other games and not having sought him out or he could lash out in anger due to the very same reason or he could emotionally break down due to this with his mental psyche not being in the greatest firm rn whatever route the author takes i can't wait to find out be it one of the above mentioned or an entirely different approach
