there are two versions spelling of axe/ax. axe is the non-American variant of it while ax is the American variant if Im not wrong. so Author is still right

I think it means that whatever illness or virus you get after the consumption of the fruit will be destroyed, however, if you already had that sickness before the fruit was eaten, it wouldn't work... That's just my thought

just my opinion, it make sense to me, becuz as a human person, not just someone from earth, faced with something that can give you so much power like the Rumble Rumble Fruit, who wouldn't become ruthless in order just to get it? Mc is just a human person that contains the feelings of greed and amongst other things.

This is why you should never compare two different universes/animes, or even other books, because they have different power systems and levels that trying to compare one another will give you massive headaches, and more arguments than you ever want in your life.
Even Madara and hashirama reach their level after decades of improvement. Even if he's reincarnated there's no way he'll become that strong in a short time, he's just gonna improve really fast but not instant. I try to make this believable alright. Maybe he'll become that strong when he's at Dragon's age, but not while he follow Luffy to be a pirate king. I'll make him strong but not stronger than his captain and maybe about Zoro's strength. Yabe... Anywhooo, Author here just giving myself a pat on the back for... I'll be shameless and give it a full stars on everything except of course the update stability. Being a graduating student is a hassle that I'm very much experiencing so. As such, don't expect me to write updates daily or even weekly.
