It's not about whether it's right or wrong, it's about getting away with it. And an estate agent giving out a mansion for free is going to instantly get noticed. That's a HUGE loss for a company. Something like this would genuinely involve so many people it's unfeasible to hypnotise and mind control.

Nope. That's wronggggg. The sword is so sharp it cuts through anything, and therefore it CAN cut through space and time. Yamato is a borderline conceptual weapon with the value of 'cut' because it cuts literally anything. Physical or not, space-time, ghosts, concepts, energy, it does it all. Cutting space and time is just a side effect of being able to cut literally anything.

No. A garganta only allows travel within a set universe because it uses the 'blank' space between worlds/dimensions. Kinda like the dimensional gap in a sense.
The only sword I need now is Yamato. With Yamato, I might be able to use it to travel into the Multiverse. If the world gets accidentally destroyed, I can still save myself and come back stronger to defeat that bitch. After that, I can simply create Judecca to monitor my Sacred Gear. - Pingo8mthCommented
The issue is normal body training won't really help, because gods and goddesses focus on domains and concepts rather than physical aspects. Sure, overwhelming physical strength CAN get you far, but not far enough to, say, fight against the top 10. You need domains or conceptual abilities at that point. Thank god you've got a sacred gear that allows you to create conceptual weapons like Vergil's Yamato.

Why could he have used... Magic to increase his mass? Or gravity on himself? Doing a 100,000 push ups will literally do nothing. In fact, it's counter intuitive. You could've waited an hour for your magic to restore, increase your own magic, and pumped out a series of 10 reps of 3 sets till failure and it'd be just as effective. Unless you're training for endurance, but you're not.
