Wish you well man. You may want to look into drinking Kale or collards juice with Apple and lemon or ginger every morning before breakfast. It will take about 30 to 45 days but you will begin to feel the difference after the first week, my wife struggled on and off for years due to her love for coffee and after the 30 days she never felt anything again and now she drinks about 3 times week depending on how much coffee she drinks!
