I agree that China is recolonizing Africa (and any other country with problems). But I have to disagree with you about decolonization. Imperialistic countries committed various exploitative actions and bad things but the bad doesn't delete the good and vice versa, plus remember that they've done these bad things also at home so I think that it's partially the price of progress/industrialization aside from just greed but they did one important thing and that was to keep their cash cow in order. Ultimately I think that if decolonization didn't happen we could have something like USA or Canada in Africa instead of stupidity we have now.
