instead of: "and I intent to use all of it." use: "and I intend to use all of it." 'intend' is to use when describing a character wanting to do an action. 'intent' is the feeling one gets from another before that person acts, for example: killing intent; "person A looks at me with such powerful killing intent, i'm sure they intend to kill me soon."
instead of "grade" for for what they're doing with the cheese, use "grate" its the action. grade is for the value of something.
