Well Perhaps not ogres, but hobgoblins? goblin swordsmen? i could seeing those count sinxe they have actual “goblin” In their names
It did not seem to matter that the fishmen had many different subspecies among them. They all fell under the same 'branch' of monster type, so the penalty applied equally among them all.

I could see it as like a necromancer having hate for a holy church or orgnization before turning to a litch. its a general group vs someone specific.
To sever his mortal attachments, he had to fulfill his vengeance against Seth Solar and his crew.

I think it would, he said he is channeling his energy into the spear.
This was a technique which was hard for others to replicate. After all, normal practitioners would be class C when they reach his level of physique. They would be able to manipulate swords and there would be no need to throw spears. As for the lower classes, no one had strength anywhere close to his!
