Chen Town and Lina Town is named after the names of its mayor from Kano Country which is inspired from China. I was just following the theme. I was wrong in the awakened into Nika Fruit following my logic, I explained my point in your earlier comment, but how is Azure Dragon being from Kano and hence having its three other counterparts be wrong? Devil Fruits come from wishes, so an Azure Dragon might be a deity for Kano which might mean the other three guardian beasts could exist following this logic.

It's a personal thought of mine, it doesn't mean that I'm right, but I think that following the Nika Fruit, other fruits might not be what they seem to be. I know the WB changed its name purposefully. I say rubber fruit awakened into nika fruit, not because rubber fruit was different, rubber fruit = nika fruit, and similarly, the sweet fruit could also become a gorgon or medusa fruit once awakened. I know it was originally named the nika fruit, but for the longest time we knew it as rubber fruit, other fruits could also be in similar situation, hence I typed awakened into. I was wrong in the timeline thing because I reviewed the timeline in the wiki wrongly, I missed the part where 1122 was mentioned so I apologize for that, but you didn't have to discredit me by saying that I'm translating a Chinese Fanfic.

Why not? The model name itself was Azure Dragon. In Chinese Mythology, Azure Dragon was the head of the four guardian beast. Wano has its own guardian beast. Kano Country was modeled from Ancient China, I think its very possible for the other three guardian beasts to exist in Kano.

It was never clear that it was the Nika Fruit and was only apparent when Luffy Awakened, my logic here is basically that Devil Fruits could have a dormant forms while not awakened and would only show its true form when awakening happens. The Jackal and Hawk Fruit are known to be born in Arabasta like how Wano had Mythical Zoan that are always born in Wano, The Sweet Fruit could also be similar to Nika Fruit. I'm just stating possibilities. As for why I called it Rubber Fruit rather than Nika Fruit, its because the boundary between fruits seems a bit too thin. What if Paramecia Fruits were all just dormant Mythical Zoan Fruits? It's my thought process that lead me to saying Rubber Fruit instead of Nika Fruit, if an average person eats the Nika Fruit instead of Luffy, wouldn't it be named just Rubber Fruit? Its a personal thing I guess.
