huh? kakashis performance in the war arc was actually ok. Especially him, guy and naruto against obito, he was on fire there. Tho his chakra reserves could use some work.

Yea. Had to that ability to get popular cause it's too lethal for weak people and too weak for the strong.
Has anyone ever wondered why most if not all versions of superman don't use heat vision very much. Superman is known as the Man of steel, his iconic superpowers are mostly Super strength, flight and Durability.
